I cannot establish Remote Access via SSH to genian NAC console, already followed the instructions specified in administrator’s guide under Security section and enter IP Addresses for Approved SSH Source IP 1&2 but to no avail. Is there anything or some configurations I need to do?
If you are still experiencing issues, NAT can be a common cause of this issue. If there is an external IP for the device/network you are using to access the appliance, this external IP must be allowed.
